About Dr. Virginie Jouan, MD
Registered in France, New Zealand, and Vanuatu. I graduated from France and have more than 30 years of experience between France, Australia, and New Zealand. I have been working in TeleHealth for more than 5 years now and can triage what needs to be seen face-to-face or not, for safety reasons and the best outcomes for the patient.

Since my issue started at night time i was so glad someone could actually assist with me so early in the morning. The diagnosis Dr. Jouan made was very quick, the antibiotics she prescribed me she explained why and send me via e-mail with precise instructions how to take it.
In the morning first thing i did is to get them from pharmacy. Really appreciate!

What was more complicated was taking the prescription to the pharmacy in France as despite it having an EU law quotes that it should be accepted, there was no address for the doctor and the pharmacist was very suspicious. Eventually she accepted it but felt it did not confirm with the rules around prescribing.
